Completed Project: Security & Guaranty - Executive Office Facility

A title company having served the community of Angelina County since 1956, Security & Guaranty Title Company now has 6 office locations in various counties including Houston County & Nacogdoches County. With continued growth, Security & Guaranty selected our firm to design their Executive Office Building at 2009 Tulane Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75901.

Just over 9,000 SF, the new facility in Lufkin houses over 20 staff members and includes:

20 Offices
2 Executive offices
2 Conference rooms
2 Meeting rooms
1 Abstract room
2 Work rooms
1 Break room
2-Story lobby
Kid zone

In addition, there is covered parking with an in-house law suite. Our design team incorporated custom finishes with historical significance. "The historical significance comes rom all of the Cypress in the facility: the ceiling and wall feature in the lobby, all of the interior doors and two custom furniture pieces for each of the executive offices. The lumber was cut down in the late 50's for the creation of Lake Sam Rayburn. The specialty woods became a personal project of Mr. Temple of Temple-Inland, who stored the wood at Temple-Inland's Pineland Facility. From there, it was moved to Diboll, Texas in the early 2000's and finally purchased by Fortis Title Group, the parent company of Security and Guaranty." - Hudson Henderson, Architect
